I’m a transformation architect: I help founders and expert B2B companies turn knowledge, chaos and accumulated potential into coherent growth systems — through strategy, AI, product architecture and trust. Most of what I recommend I have already run on my own products first, which keeps the advice honest and occasionally humbling.

Moai Team is the studio I build in. What has actually been built — the open platform underneath it and the products on top — has a page of its own.

- Knowledge is no longer what clients pay for — judgment is. The models closed the knowledge gap and opened a judgment gap.
- A consultant solves the task. An architect changes the form in which tasks arise.
